By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they are bidding regardless of item condition.

All vehicles are subject to Indiana Sales Tax (7%) unless you hold a valid Auto Dealer License.
The cataloged vehicles are scheduled to be sold at auction. Any vehicle may be pulled at the owner's discretion at any time.
(TA) means theTITLE is ABSENT. The seller has 21 days to produce the title. If after the 21 days have passed and you have not received your title, you may return the vehicle for a full refund. (It is recommended that the purchaser NOT spend any money on the vehicle until title is received).
Vehicles left on auction lot are done so at the sole responsibility of the owner of the vehicle.
Goods left more than 10 days at our facility are subject to resale without notice for storage fees.
The vehicle title must be in the seller’s name. Open titles are not accepted.
Temporary License Plates are available to purchase for $15.00 per vehicle. (Valid for 45 days)
Method of payment is by Cash or Credit/Debit card. No longer accepting checks unless it is accompanied with a bank letter guaranteeing Funds.
PREVIEW & INSPECT: We encourage you to come on Thursday or Friday (June 18 &19) to preview, test drive on lot, and inspect vehicles and items.
A Valid Credit Card is required for bidding approval; you will receive an email with invoice showing your purchases and the total price. Your credit card on file with HiBid will be charged automatically for the invoice total. If you do not wish to have your credit card charged for your purchase(s), please contact our office immediately (812) 254-2220 to make other arrangements for payment.

Items are to be picked up on the arranged pickups day(s). If you are not able to do so, you must notify the auction company IMMEDIATELY and other arrangements must be made ASAP. Any specialized arrangement for pickup outside of the scheduled dates will be subject to an additional $25 fee. All items must be picked up within 5 days of the auction's end date. Items left after that time will be forfeited back to GRABER AUCTIONS. NO REFUNDS will be issued.
Bidders are solely responsible for packing, loading, and moving all items purchased without assistance from GRABER AUCTIONS. WE will NOT supply any tools, boxes or packing materials. The winning bidder on large items needs to bring help and equipment to load the item(s).
